Steve Buchanan has over 30 years performing experience as both a dancer and musician. He has toured extensively in Europe , USA, Africa and has done well over 1000 concerts/projects of all sizes and shapes.
Steve’s main performance work centers around the joining of music and
Dance. To realize this aim and share it with others he has invented and developed an instrument which achieves this. The instrument ( 2nd line) is a portable dance floor capable of thousands of percussion sounds. Current projects with this instrument include, BUSHWAC (duo :Paed Conca e-bass /electronics ), NEWSPEAK( trio :Heike Fiedler, Marie Schwab ), RHYTHM VISION (duo : Boris Edelstein audacious visuals).
Steve currently lives in Geneva, CH and from this as a base he continues to tour and give workshops through out Europe.
