Max Schleser is a London-based filmmaker, currently undertaking a PhD in the
CREAM Research Centre at the University of Westminster. Before focusing on
producing experimental and collaborative documentaries and live-AV (VJ)
Performances (www.visual-rhythms.net), Max has worked in TV and film
production. His portfolio includes numerous documentary projects, which have
been screened at various film and new media festivals in the UK and
internationally (including events in Berlin, New York and Tokyo). Max
teaches Media Production at the Limkokwing University of Creative Technology
in London. During the last three years he spoke at a number of international
conferences, in the Museu da Imagem e do Som do Estado de São Paulo and
lectured in London, Gaborone and Kuala Lumpur on the subject of mobile
media. In April 2008 Max organised the international FILMOBILE conference
and exhibition (www.filmobile.net).
